AeroPilates by Stamina 266 Pilates Reformer – A very similar pilates reformer to the ones you find in pilates classes at studios. This one is very affordable for home use and holds up well to everyday use.

The reformer comes with a 10 inch stand that raises you off the ground and allows for advanced movement and exercises. The 3 elastic resistance cords let you adjust tension and continually challenge your body with new movements. Strength and flexbility are the two goals of using a pilates machine like this. Yes, you could join a pilates class at your local gym or studio, but they are expensive and aren’t always conveniently offered at the right times. What about the padding? Overall it’s sufficient around the head and neck area. Some reformers come with a neck pillow, but this one does not. The headrest is adjustable as are the rope lengths so people with varying heights can use the same machine. The carriage slides smoothly and quietly and the steel frame below is sturdy and solid.
